Block 3 Brewmaster's Dinner @ Martini's

Thursday June 19th at 6:30 pm, enjoy a 3-Course Menu created by Executive Chef Shea Robinson paired with selections by Block Three's very own Brewmaster and Graham Spence.



Block 3 Dinner & Beer Pairings

First Course: King Street Saison
Confit pork belly and seared scallops with cauliflower puree, pickled local fiddleheads, Block 3 saison Gastrique
Main Course: Florida Olde Ale
Duck Duo, earl grey tea smoked duck breast on barley risotto with cipollini onions and a duck confit croquette with rhubarb chutney
Last Course: Sugar Bush Brown Ale
Warm chocolate quinoa cake, Block 3 sugar bush ice cream, chocolate soil, salted caramel
